Worked with Sam at Sealed to design an energy efficient HVAC system with insulation upgrades. Every step of the way, Sam went above and beyond to make sure our needs were addressed and explained their program and payback model in more detail than is available on their website. Ultimately, we scaled back on the project, however, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sealed and Sam Ring specifically for HVAC and insulation upgrades. If you’re looking to take on a large efficiency project for your home without the large upfront cost, Sealed is worth a look.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Filled out the questionnaire and answered the question multiple times that I will be renovating our kitchen and the existing attic space will change MINIMALLY, but will change. I have architects drawings showing the ~5% change in attic space. Was upfront that I didn’t need the work done for 3-4 months and yet was still scheduled for a call with a solution designer. Well let me tell you how unprofessional this guy Tyler was. He kept telling me that anything we were going to talk about would eventually change drastically and he didn’t want to waste his engineer’s time with a quote that wasn’t going to materialize for months. This is why I told multiple people about the reno and had drawings to reference so we could get accurate numbers. He argued and talked over me and it was just altogether terrible. I will never speak to him again.

So far so awesome!! Ive had the pleasure of working with Vincent at Sealed to create the perfect Sealed plan for me. There was no high pressure sales pitch here. Vincent took the time to explain and review their program until I was in complete understanding of their process. They worked along side me allowing me to take the time I needed to review the program. Vincent was transparent, professional and happy to give detailed information, in writing or over the phone. My home is over 100 years old creating some unique challenges with insulation, heating and cooling. After long conversations with Vincent I decided to move forward with insulation and heat exchangers from Sealed. The next steps were having Sealed approved companies come in to review the needs of my home. I am happy to say the companies they sent were professional, knowledgeable and informative. Each business took the time to discuss with me the options they offered to improve my home. Again, no hard sales pitch just the facts of what they can do and how they would complete the job if hired. After meeting them and hearing about the improvements that could be done to my home I was happy to sign up with Sealed! I am halfway through the process now. So far I have had the Insulation done…WOW!! What a difference already!! My third floor is the same temperature as my second floor and I can no longer tell the time of day by how hot or cold rooms are in my house. I’m looking forward to the insulation of the heat exchangers next week.
